PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance mounting efficiency by using the stop time effectively when any mounting machine stops abnormally, in a component mounting device where a plurality of mounting machines are arranged in series.SOLUTION: In a component mounting machine for completing component mounting on a board by arranging a plurality of mounting machines for mounting components in series, passing a board (PCB) sequentially through the plurality of mounting machines, and making each mounting machine execute a predetermined mounting process, the mounting machine is provided with a proxy function for acting on behalf of the mounting process to be executed by a downstream mounting machine, excepting the most downstream mounting machine. |
