PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed wiring board folding device capable of performing folding processing on plural portions of a flexible printed wiring board with efficiently and with accuracy.SOLUTION: A flexible printed wiring board folding device that performs folding processing on a flexible printed wiring board, comprises: a mother die that has a planar chuck face for mounting a part of the flexible printed wiring board, a shaping face connected with the chuck face via a straight line side and having a recessed part or a projection part substantially parallel to this straight line side, and a locking mechanism for locking the flexible printed wiring board mounted on the chuck face; a force piston that can fit the recessed part or the projection part of the shaping face; and a moving mechanism configured to relatively move the mother die and the force piston so that the recessed part or the projection part of the shaping face and the force piston are fitted and separated. It is preferred that the mother die has a plurality of the shaping faces. In addition, it is preferred that the locking mechanism has a pressing plate configured so that it can be overlapped with the chuck face. |
