PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block for a wall surface, easy in construction, and having not only sufficient strength even to external force from the lateral direction applied to the wall surface after construction but also applying a rainwater infiltration countermeasure.SOLUTION: An irregular strip 3 is formed in the upper surface longitudinal direction of a block 1 for a wall surface, and an irregular groove 4 capable of fitting the irregular strip 3 of the other block 1 positioned just below, is provided in the bottom surface longitudinal direction of the block 1. The irregular strip 3 is erected by a pair of standing surfaces 3a and 3b having an optional height, and a cross-sectional shape of the irregular strip 3 is formed in a mountain range shape of continuing a triangular concave surface 3d and a triangular convex surface 3c, and the irregular groove 4 comprises inner wall surfaces 4a and 4b recessed by a height quantity of the standing parts 3a and 3b, and is formed in a valley shape of continuing a triangular concave surface 4c and a triangular convex surface 4d having a valley part coinciding with a ridge part of the irregular strip 3. |
