PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window opening-closing device capable of eliminating inconvenience due to sudden rotation of these, by rotating these by proper manual operation force, even to any sash of a projection sash and an outward-falling sash.SOLUTION: A projection window opening-closing device 1 comprises: a projection force generating mechanism 7 for generating projection force in an opposite direction R1 to the rotation moment in a direction R2 generated in a projection sash 5, that is, the projection force increased-decreased in response to an increase-decrease in the rotation moment, based on dead weight W of the projection sash 5 in opening of an opening part 3 by rotation in the direction R1 with an upper part of the projection sash 5 as the center; a transmission mechanism 8 for transmitting the projection force generated by the projection force generating mechanism 7 to the projection sash 5; and a fixing mechanism 9 for fixing the projection sash 5 to a closing position of the opening part 3. |
