PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator improved in usability.SOLUTION: A refrigerator includes a storage compartment door to move in back and front directions to open and close an opening, a lower storage container to move together with the storage compartment door, an upper storage container 6c positioned over the lower storage container to move in the back and front directions independently from the lower storage container, and operation means 80, 82 provided on the upper storage container 6c. The upper storage container 6c includes fitting bosses 90 facing right and left side faces of the operation means 80, 82, fitting ribs 87 facing back faces of the operation means 80, 82, and claw receiving holes 91 facing lower faces of the operation means 80, 82. The operation means 80, 82 include boss receiving grooves 85 on the right and left side faces, groove 88 on the back face, and fitting claws 84 on the lower faces. The operation means 80, 82 are rotatable around the fitting bosses 90 with the fitting bosses 90 engaged with the boss receiving groove 85. When the operation means 80, 82 are at a predetermined position in a range where the operation means 80, 82 rotate around the fitting bosses 90, the fitting ribs 87 engage with the groove 88, and the fitting claws 84 engage with the claw receiving holes 91. |
