PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable practical use of a work support device capable of supporting a work in a high position by two sets of center-folding parallel link mechanisms for connecting a work support base and a base.SOLUTION: Two sets of strut members 43b are rockably suspended in the undulation motion direction of center-folding parallel link mechanisms on a work support base 4 side in response to respective two sets of center-folding parallel link mechanisms 3L and 3R constituted so as to make undulation motion between a work high position support attitude locked by lock means by standing and a work low position support attitude supported on a base 2a by being folded up, and when the center-folding parallel link mechanisms 3L and 3R become an intermediate attitude between the work high position support attitude and the work low position support attitude when lowering the work support base 4 in parallel by an external lifter, the strut members 43b of a vertical attitude suspended from the work support base 4 side, supports the work support base 4 in a middle height by strutting between the work support base 4 and the base 2a. |
