PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power feeding structure capable of suppressing invasion of foreign substance into a power feeding rail and a seat unit for a vehicle.SOLUTION: A protruding plate 80D (power feeding opening 62) of a power feeding member 52 and a vertical plate 80F of the power feeding member 52 are arranged to be displaced from each other in seat width direction. Thus, a cover 96, without interfering with the vertical plate 80F, covers the power feeding opening 62 from above. Therefore, a foreign substance such as water is suppressed from invading into the power feeding rail 60. |
