PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in a conventional in-skin dissolving type micro needle arranged on a substrate, the whole microneedle cannot be placed in a skin at the time of puncturing so that a medication administration rate does not reach 100%, and a problem that a long painless microneedle with a length of 1 mm or more that reaches a deep site under the skin is not available.SOLUTION: A micropayload with a microhead containing medication in the upper part and a microstem for depth adjustment in the lower part is separated from a stem holder at the time of puncturing, and the microhead moves into the skin so that the microhead reaches deep under the skin and the whole contained medication is placed in the skin, thereby achieving an administration rate of 100%. |
