Embodiments of the present invention provide a processing method for dynamic channel detection, a station, and an access point device. The processing method comprises: a station sends a dynamic channel detection request to an access point; and the station decides whether to use dynamic channel detection according to reply information of the access point. The embodiments of the present invention implement negotiation between a station and an access point about whether to use a dynamic channel detection threshold and help to achieve an optimal balance between channel utilization rate improvement and collision avoidance.
