[Problem] To provide an activated carbon cartridge in which charging by static electricity is prevented, a gas purification device provided with the activated carbon, and an air purification method. [Solution] A gas purification device (1) has a cylindrical housing (4), a pre-filter (5), a fan (6), an activated carbon cartridge (7) provided so as to allow an airflow from the fan (6) to pass through, and an after-filter (8). The activated carbon cartridge (7) has an inner cylinder (10) and an outer cylinder (11), a ring-shaped end plate (12), a disc-shaped rear end plate (13), electrostatic filter sheets (20, 21) provided along the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder (10) and the outer peripheral surface of the outer cylinder (11), and granular activated carbon (14) packed in the space between the inner cylinder (10) and the outer cylinder (11). |
