PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road paving machine superior in heating efficiency of a screed plate while reducing the influence on a maintenance cycle.SOLUTION: The road paving machine includes: a screed unit that heats a screed plate with an electric heater; a power generator that generates an electric power for supplying to the electric heater; a non-contact element connected to the electric heater; and a control unit that controls the amount of electric power to be supplied to the electric heater from the non-contact element. The control unit controls the ratio of time when the power is applied to the electric heater and the power is not applied to the electric heater to smoothly change the amount of electric power supplied to the electric heater from the non-contact element. |
