摘要 An automatic X-ray exposure parameter control system and method for a medical equipment are disclosed. The automatic X-ray exposure parameter control system applies a first image pixel depth signal and a second image pixel depth signal of a target human body acquired by a depth camera to compute a thickness difference. An X-ray energy computation and conversion unit then searches a corresponding exposure parameter value corresponding to the thickness difference and supplies an exposure parameter. Then, a processor unit generates an X-ray energy control signal to control an X-ray energy generation unit to select and output one of a plurality of exposure parameters to the X-ray source generator to allow the X-ray source generator to generate an X-ray beam to the target human body.

An automatic X-ray exposure parameter control system for a medical equipment, in which the medical equipment includes an X-ray source generator, a collimator, a collimator control device, and a detector, wherein the X-ray source generator projects an X-ray beam to a target human body through the collimator and the detector detects the X-ray beam, the automatic X-ray exposure parameter control system comprising: a processor unit; a depth camera, which is connected to the processor unit and is set at a location corresponding to the target human body in order to acquire a first image pixel depth signal of the depth camera with respect to the target human body and a second image pixel depth signal of the depth camera with respect to a reference surface; a body thickness computation unit, which is connected to the depth camera, the body thickness computation unit receiving the first image pixel depth signal and the second image pixel depth signal acquired by the depth camera and computing a thickness difference according to a difference between the first image pixel depth signal and the second image pixel depth signal; an X-ray energy computation and conversion unit, which is connected to the processor unit and the body thickness computation unit, the X-ray energy computation and conversion unit receiving the thickness difference computed by the body thickness computation unit and transmitting an X-ray energy output value according to the thickness difference to the processor unit; and an X-ray energy generation unit, which is connected to the processor unit and the X-ray source generator, the X-ray energy generation unit generating a plurality of different exposure parameters supplied to the X-ray source generator; wherein the processor unit, upon receiving the X-ray energy output value generated by the X-ray energy computation and conversion, generates and transmits an X-ray energy control signal to the X-ray energy generation unit, so that the X-ray energy generation unit selects and outputs, according to the X-ray energy control signal, one of the exposure parameters to the X-ray source generator to allow the X-ray source generator to generate an X-ray beam according to the exposure parameter.
