A network node of the present disclosure comprises: an SDP analysis unit (704) that has an ATCF function to be used for eSRVCC and that acquires codec information included in a received SDP offer/SDP answer; a data storage unit (706) that holds at least one of codec information supported by an ATGW or a nearby MGW, information of transcoding supported by the ATGW or the nearby MGW and codec information supported by a nearby CS network; and a determination unit (710) that determines, by use of the codec information acquired by the SDP analysis unit and the information read from the data storage unit, whether to enable transmission, from the ATCF to a communication terminal, of an SDP offer that is to be used for a codec renegotiation. |
