A human chorionic gonadotropin immuno-chromatographic testing strip and preparation method therefor; 2 to 30 mutually independent testing points are arranged on the testing area of the immuno-chromatographic testing strip, said testing points being spaced at a certain distance from each other, wherein at least 2 testing points are spaced at a certain distance from each other perpendicular to the direction of movement of the sample liquid to be tested; and at least two testing points are coated with different amounts of human chorionic gonadotropin monoclonal antibody. Operation of the human chorionic gonadotropin immuno-chromatographic testing strip is simple and fast; qualitative and semi-quantitative testing of human chorionic gonadotropin in different target materials of a sample to be tested can be implemented, and auxiliary monitoring of whether a foetus is developing in the womb during the stages of pregnancy can thus be achieved, having wide application in the field of pregnancy tests. |
