<p>Title: An Improved Structure for Mounting Insulating Paper in Motor Stator Iron Core Abstract The invention discloses an improved structure for mounting insulating paper in a motor stator iron core, which comprises the stator iron core provided with a wire embedding groove, wherein the insulting paper is embedded in the wire embedding groove of the stator iron core, the two ends of the insulating paper are folded outwards for forming outer folded edge layers, and the outer folded edge layers are attached on the end surfaces of the stator iron core, thereby not only limiting the axial movement of the insulating paper, but also forming a position stop layer between a coil and the end surfaces at the two ends of the iron core, keeping a certain distance and further protecting the surface layer of the coil from being contacted and rubbed.</p> |
