PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film excellent in beating characteristics and flexibility under heavy load.SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film, in which a transparent conductive layer 3 composed of a crystalline indium-tin complex oxide is formed on a flexible transparent substrate 1, has a transparent conductive layer having a compressive residual stress of 0.4 to 2 GPa. The transparent conductive layer 3 may be obtained by heating an amorphous transparent conductive layer composed of an amorphous indium-tin complex oxide. In heating the amorphous transparent conductive layer, a compressive stress is preferably applied to the transparent conductive layer. In addition, the dimensional change of the transparent conductive layer due to heating is preferably -0.3% to -1.5% in at least one direction in the plane. |
