PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction system for enabling a bank clerk to accurately and quickly determine validity in a host center when a failure of paper money conveyance occurs in an automatic transaction device.SOLUTION: A server includes: a storage part for storing failure information as information related to the state of a failure of an automatic transaction device and a history of the failure; a server control part for controlling the server; and a display part for displaying the failure information. The automatic transaction device connected to the server includes: a paper money part for handling paper money; a detection part for detecting the failure of the paper money part; and a device control part for controlling the device. When the failure is detected by the detection part, the device control part creates the failure information, and transmits the failure information for storing the failure information in the storage part, and the server control part stores the failure information transmitted by the automatic transaction device in the storage part, and the display part displays the failure information stored in the storage part. |
