PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel which suppresses generation of Newton's rings and glare, has high transmission clarity, suppressed haze, and superior visibility and to provide an optical film that can be used for such a touch panel.SOLUTION: An optical film 3 has at least one hard coat layer 90 formed on one surface of a light transmissive base material 10, and a surface of the hard coat layer on a side opposite to the light transmissive base material has an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of 0.025-0.05 μm and has 10 to 250 protrusions with a height of 0.3-3 μm per 1.08 mm square. The hard coat layer comprises a cured product of a hard coat layer-forming curable resin composition containing a binder component and particles having an average diameter that is no less than 90% of a laminated film thickness of the hard coat layer 90. |
