PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter capable of detecting a current while reducing the influence of temperature changes.SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter includes: a high-side transistor for stepping-down the voltage; a low-side transistor for synchronous rectification; a series circuit including a diode and a resistor connected in series, which is connected in parallel to the low-side transistor; and a detection circuit that detects a current flowing on the resistor during a dead time when the high-side transistor and the low-side transistor are OFF. The voltage drop in the series circuit during the dead time is smaller than the forward voltage of a parasitic diode on the low-side transistor. |
