PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leak current that flows in the case where a potential around a power supply voltage of an output circuit is applied to an output terminal.SOLUTION: An output circuit 100 includes a tolerant function corresponding to a potential equal to or higher than the power supply voltage of the output circuit 100. The output circuit 100 also includes a leak current prevention circuit 110 which includes a first P-channel transistor PP2 connected between the output terminal and a power supply voltage VCC and is capable of inputting a gate signal of the first P-channel transistor PP2 via another P-channel transistor PP4, an N-channel transistor NN7 and an N-channel depression transistor ND. |
