PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature regulator of a battery which enables improvement of the cooling efficiency of the battery.SOLUTION: A liquid heating device includes: a tank (4) for storing a liquid; an electric heater (3) which is inserted into the tank and heats the liquid; and a control part (25) which is disposed on an outer surface of the tank and controls energization to the electric heater on the basis of a temperature of the liquid. The electric heater (3) comprises: a first heating part (3d); and a second heating part (3e) having a heating value larger than that of the first heating part (3d). The control part (25) is disposed closer to the first heating part (3d) than to the second heating part (3e). |
