PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to lessen the space for moving a conveyance unit even when equipping to the conveyance unit, a heat insulation chamber for keeping a heated material to be treated at a prescribed temperature in addition to a delivery chamber for delivering the material between heating and cooling chambers in a heat treatment facility which conveys the material heated in the heating chamber to the cooling chamber by the conveyance unit.SOLUTION: In a heat treatment facility conveying a material W to be treated heated in a heating chamber 10 to a cooling chamber 20 by a conveyance unit 30, the conveyance unit comprises a delivery chamber 31 receiving and delivering the material between the heating and cooling chambers, and a heat insulating chamber 32 keeping the material heated in the heating chamber at a prescribed temperature. The heat insulating chamber is connected to at least one side of the moving direction of the conveyance unit with respect to the delivery chamber. |
