PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neurite outgrowth inhibitor which can inhibit neurite outgrowth and can inhibit hyperalgesia and itch irritation by outgrowth of primary sensory neurons.SOLUTION: A neurite outgrowth inhibitor of the invention contains at least one kind of herbal medicines having a neuronal cell projection outgrowth-inhibiting activity in a dorsal root ganglion (DRG) by a nerve growth factor (NGF), and can inhibit various symptoms caused by neurite outgrowth, such as hyperalgesia and itch irritation due to outgrowth of primary sensory neurons. |
