PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an investigation method of an object to be authenticated, the inspection program of the object to be authenticated, and the inspection device of the object to be authenticated for easily determining the deterioration of the object to be authenticated by PUF(Physical Unclonable Function) authentication.SOLUTION: The inspection method of an object to be authenticated includes: a first transmission process of transmitting first input information to an object to be authenticated; a first reception process of receiving first response information calculated in the object to be authenticated on the basis of the physical characteristics of the object to be authenticated and the first input information; a second transmission process of transmitting second input information to the object to be authenticated; a second reception process of receiving second response information calculated in the object to be authenticated on the basis of the physical characteristics of the object to be authenticated and the second input information; a calculation process of calculating difference information from a difference between the first response information and the second response information; and a determination process of determining the deterioration of the object to be authenticated on the basis of the difference information. |
