PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication device that avoids an impact by an invading radio wave if a shutter gets opened, and an automatic transaction device comprising the information communication device.SOLUTION: An information communication device comprises: a housing (card unit 6) containing a plurality of radio communication apparatuses (21, 22) that perform radio data communication with each other, and including an opening leading to the outside; and a shutter (3) for opening/closing the opening. The radio communication apparatuses (2) performs radio data communication by making noise resistance stronger when the opening is opened than when the opening is closed. |
