PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interpolation plane generation method capable of generating a child interpolation plane in a shorter time than ever before.SOLUTION: The interpolation plane generation method includes: a parent cross section setting step for setting a plurality of parent cross sections between a base line and an opposite line; a child cross section generation step for generating a child cross section between a pair of adjacent parent cross sections among the plurality of parent cross sections; and an interpolation plane generation step for generating an interpolation plane on the basis of the plurality of parent cross sections and a plurality of child cross sections. The child cross section generation step includes an estimation step (S31) for calculating a value of a workload parameter W having correlation with the total number of child cross sections to be generated on the basis of the plurality of parent cross sections being set, an area distribution step (S32) for dividing an area where the child cross sections are generated by the number N of calculators so as to equalize the value of the workload parameter W and then distributing areas where the child cross sections are generated by the calculators, a parallel computation step (S34) for generating the child cross sections in respective areas at the same time with the plurality of calculators, and a child cross section synthesis step (S35) for synthesizing the child cross sections generated by the plurality of calculators. |
