PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater system which, even in such a state that a child lock function is set, is automatically turned into a release state if unnecessary, is automatically returned to the set state when the child lock function becomes necessary again and, thus, reduces such troublesomeness that a user should perform the setting or releasing of the child lock at every time.SOLUTION: A water heater is provided with a remote controller 100A for the water heater including: a bath water level detection means 67 which is disposed on a water heater main body 110 and detects a bath water level change due to bathing; a bather judging means 96A which judges that a bather is an adult or a child from a detection value of the bath water level detection means 67; an operation part 91 which inputs information in relating to operation conditions on the water heater main body 110; a lock part 96e which nullifies the input from the operation part 91; and a lock releasing part 96f which releases nullity of the input by means of the lock part 96e when it is judged that the bather is an adult and does not release the nullity of the input by means of the lock part 96e. |
