PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy consumption in a ventilation system.SOLUTION: A ventilation system S performs ventilation of a kitchen 10 including a kitchen apparatuses 20A-20C. The ventilation system S includes: humidity sensors 41 and 43 for detecting humidity in the kitchen; infrared sensors 21A-21C for detecting a temperature in the kitchen; an exhaust fan 71; and a control section 105. The control section 105 estimates an exhaust load Q of the kitchen 10 on the basis of outputs of the humidity sensors 41 and 43 and outputs of the infrared sensors 21A-21C, and controls displacement of the exhaust fan 71 on the basis of the estimated exhaust load Q. |
