A nucleic acid amplification disk apparatus using a temperature sensitive polymer synthesis, comprising: a temperature sensitive fluorescence dye in which the emitted fluorescent intensity is changed according to a temperature; the temperature sensitive polymer synthesis is the temperature sensitive fluorescence dye coated on or absorbed by a polymer; a nucleic acid amplification chamber for DNA amplifying and a temperature sensitive polymer synthesis is therein; a nucleic acid amplification disk includes chambers necessary for nucleic acid amplification and the nucleic acid amplification chamber, fluid hole and channel for connecting the chambers to amplify the separated nucleic acid from the inputted specimen; and a driving controller for driving the nucleic acid amplification disk, wherein the driving controller includes, a motor for rotating the nucleic acid amplification disk, a temperature controller for controlling a temperate of the nucleic acid amplification chamber; and sensors for measuring temperature of the nucleic acid amplification chamber by sensing the florescent emission intensity of the temperature sensitive florescent dyes in the nucleic acid amplification chamber.
