A bolt tightening training device is characterized by being provided with: a bolt tightening training means (1) having a torque detection body (3), a tool attachment part (2) for attaching a tightening tool, and a strain gauge (4) for detecting strain generated when attaching the tightening tool to the tool attachment part (2) and tightening the tool attachment part (2), wherein the tool attachment part (2) is disposed on one end of the torque detection body (3), with the other end of the torque detection body (3) being fixed, and the strain gauge (4) is attached on the outer peripheral surface of the torque detection body (3); a calculation means (5) for creating data from information obtained by the strain gauge (4) reading strain generated when tightening the tool attachment part (2) of the bolt tightening training means (1); and a display means (6) for visualization of data that has been created by the calculation means (5).
