PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement reagent containing an enzyme as a solution in a measurement kit of glutamine, and to reveal a composition or the like of a reaction solution for stably storing the enzyme in solution state.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a measurement kit of L-glutamine in a sample, containing the following component reagents of (A) and (B): (A) a reaction solution I (containing L-glutamic acid oxidase, catalase, and a modified Trinder's reagent, and not containing 4-aminoantipyrine), and (B) a reaction solution II (containing L-glutaminase, peroxidase, a catalase inactivator, and a coupler compound, and not containing a modified Trinder's reagent). |
