PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape reel automatic replacing device which can replace a tape reel without stopping a tape winding device, and is independent from the tape winding device.SOLUTION: A tape reel automatic replacing device comprises: a tape winding device for taping a tape to a wound body by rotating an annular rotor, in which a tape reel is set to a first tape reel mounting shaft, around a longitudinal axis of the wound body; and a first movement mechanism part and a second movement mechanism part for setting a new tape reel to the annular rotor when the remaining amount of the tape is small. The first movement mechanism part consists of a second tape reel mounting shaft, a tape reel extrusion mechanism, and a robot arm mechanism. The second movement mechanism part consists of a tape cutting mechanism and a tape gripping mechanism. In order to replace the old tape reel with the new tape reel, the first tape reel mounting shaft and the second tape reel mounting shaft are positioned on the same axis line and connected to each other, and the new tape reel is set to the annular rotor by the tape reel extrusion mechanism. |
