PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict use of a stolen vehicle by simple control, and specify a location of the stolen vehicle.SOLUTION: A charge control part 101 includes: a timer part 105 for performing count of a timer time, and notifying of the end of the timer time; a charging state signal setting part 106 for setting a charging state signal to inhibition of charging according to the notification of the end of the timer time from the timer part 105; a charge inhibition part 107 for transmitting a lock signal for locking the connection of a charge connector 102 to a charge connector lock mechanism 110 when the charging state signal is set to the inhibition of charging before starting charging to a battery of a vehicle after the charging connector 102 has been connected to a power supply connector; and a charging inhibition release part 108 for authenticating a user, setting the charging state signal to permission of charging when the authentication is successful, and releasing the lock of the charge connector lock mechanism 110. |
