摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrode for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries, which includes an electrode active material layer having a laminate structure including a pattern layer, has a desired pattern, and enables the stable formation of a pattern layer having satisfying surface flatness and satisfying in-plane uniformity in film thickness.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrode for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries comprises the steps of: (A) forming a first paste layer 121P for an unpatterned layer, (B) drying at least a part of a front-side surface of the first paste layer 121P into a dried part 121D, and (C) performing a pattern print of a second paste layer 122P for a patterned layer, sequentially. Supposing that the cavity volume fraction of the dried part 121D is P(%), and the liquid component volume fraction of the second paste layer 122P immediately after the application thereof is L(%), the steps (B) and (C) are performed under the condition that the following expression is satisfied: 45%≤P/L×100(%)≤59%.
