摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which quickly and silently launches a torpedo and has superior cost-effectiveness.SOLUTION: A net-work is provided with an unmanned underwater craft (UAQV)102 having a warhead. An optical fiber cable has a closed ring structure which is bidirectional and permits communication to a network inner part and the UAQV. A power grid cable has a closed ring structure and is connected to a power generator which supplies power. A node is connected to the optical fiber cable and the power grid cable. A relay station is connected to the node and is communicated with the UAQV. A control center is communicated with the UAQV and facilitates remote control of the UAQV and programming of navigation plan for the remote control of the UAQV before launching. The optical fiber cable, the power grid cable, the node and the relay station have such power as to be located underwater during operation. The UAQV has such power as to be launched from an open water region to underwater.
