PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imidazopyrazine Syk inhibitor.SOLUTION: A certain specific imidazopyrazine and pharmaceutical composition thereof are provided in this specification. There is provided a method of treating patients with specific disease and disorder responding to inhibition of Syk activity, including a step of administering at least one kind of chemical substance with an efficient amount for reducing evidence or symptom of the disease or disorder to the patients. There is also provided a method for determining the presence or absence of a Syk kinase in samples.
