PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds which are inhibitors of JAK kinases and are useful in the treatment of autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, rejection of transplanted organs, tissues and cells, and hematologic disorders and malignancies and their co-morbidities.SOLUTION: The present invention provides 5,7-substituted-imidazo[1,2-c]pyrimidine compounds represented by formula I, and stereoisomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof. |
