PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve increase in efficiency of a burr removal work, and burr removal finishing with good appearance, with respect to removal of burrs appeared on a molded article after release in manufacturing of a resin mold type capacitor.SOLUTION: A molding form 20 used for molding a resin mold type capacitor 10 is obtained by assembling a plurality of form configuration plates 21, 22, 23, and 24 configured by being divided at parting lines PL1, PL2, and PL3 provided at positions apart from corresponding positions of ridgeline parts 10a-10h of a molded article obtained in the form. A capacitor unit 11 is accommodated in a cavity of the assembly type molding form 20, and a molten resin is injected and filled in the cavity, and after solidification of the injected resin, the molded article is molded. Next, the molding form is released to take out the molded article obtained in the cavity. Next, in a planar region on a surface of the molded article that is taken out, burrs 40 appeared at positions corresponding to the parting lines at positions apart from the ridgeline parts 10a-10h, of the molded article are removed. |
