PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator which reduces noise caused by vibrations of a piezoelectric element, and to provide a piezoelectric vibration device, a portable terminal, an acoustic generator, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator 1 of the invention includes: a piezoelectric element 10 including a lamination body 11 where an internal electrode and a piezoelectric layer are laminated and a surface electrode 12 which is electrically connected with the internal electrode and located on one main surface of the lamination body 11; a flexible substrate 2 including a wiring conductor 22 provided on a lower surface of a base film 21 and a cover film 23, which is provided so as to cover the wiring conductor 22 excluding an area near the piezoelectric element 10, and joined to the piezoelectric element 10 through a conductive joint material 4, the flexible substrate 2 where the wiring conductor 22 is electrically connected with the surface electrode 12; and a buffer material 3 which is provided in a region on the flexible substrate 2 which overlaps with at least the piezoelectric element 10. A tip of the buffer material 3 is provided extending to a position overlapping with the cover film 23 when viewed from above the base film 21. |
