摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a power storage device in which a plurality of power storage cells are connected, the method being able to easily manufacture a power storage device that restricts decrease in cell performance.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a power storage device, according to the invention, is a manufacturing method for a power storage device (1) in which a plurality of power storage cells (10) are connected in series, each power storage cell (10) having a first electrode (17) and a second electrode (18) projecting in opposite directions. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: holding the plurality of power storage cells with a space between adjacent power storage cells and in a laminated state in which the first electrode alternates with the second electrode, and bringing the first electrode into contact with the second electrode of another power storage cell while extending in the direction of the lamination; joining the first and second electrodes disposed in contact with each other; and compressing the power storage cells in the laminated state, in the direction of the lamination so as to narrow the spaces.
