PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time and effort of an operator in editing a program of a machine tool and achieve an interface according to a work environment for the machine tool.SOLUTION: A machine tool 1 includes a loader device 10 conveying a workpiece W and a processing device 20 processing the workpiece W, which operate on the basis of programs 32a and 32b. A program editing device 40 is included in a part of the machine tool 1, and includes: a character input part 42a that receives the input of characters according a selection operation by character input buttons 141 and 151; a selection part 42b that selects a command code related to the characters input to the character input part 32a from among predetermined command codes according to a selection operation by a specification button 181; and a display control part 42c that displays the programs 32a and 32b on a display part 41 and displays the command code selected by the selection part 42b and the explanation of the command code on the display part 41. |
