摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint body of the copper and aluminum tubes for a heat exchanger in which high strength and high airtightness are required such as a high-pressure refrigerant piping in a heat pump system, and to provide a method for joining those tubes.SOLUTION: In a joint body of the copper and aluminum tubes in a heat exchanger and a method for joining those tubes, a taper part having the same taper angle as that of the taper part formed at the top of the copper tube is provided at the inner diameter side of the aluminum tube. When the heating press-in of the copper tube in the aluminum tube is performed, a cutting amount in the joint surface of the copper and aluminum tubes is controlled, and even in the thick aluminum tube in which high strength and high airtightness are required, the high-quality low-load eutectic joint of the copper and aluminum tubes is made possible.
