PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform drying treatment of a print image at a proper temperature corresponding to the imparted quantity of ink without unnecessarily heating image area of a sheet.SOLUTION: A drying temperature appropriate for evaporation of ink in an image area is set on the basis of image data. In timing when the image area passes through a drying part 7, first and second heaters 20 and 21 are controlled so that the set drying temperature can be achieved without driving a second heater 21 exerting a higher heating effect. |
