1. A carrying device for a baby or small child, comprising:
a retaining harness system and an accommodating element adjustably connected to said retaining harness system; said accommodating element defining an accommodating space for accommodating the baby or small child to be carried, the accommodating space being adjustable to adapt to a size of the baby or small child; said accommodating element having end regions for connection to said retaining harness system and having a lower edge; said retaining harness system having two adjustable shoulder straps that are adaptable to a size of a carrier independently on an adapting adjustment of the accommodating space; a hip belt disposed at a spacing distance from said lower edge of said accommodating element and connected to said accommodating element, said hip belt being adjustable to adapt to the size of the carrier; and said accommodating element having a foldable edge region below a connection thereof to said hip belt for supporting the baby or small child up to a back of its knees. |
