The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for automatically processing sludge by using an electron beam accelerator. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a sludge pulverizing (micronizing) unit which pulverizes sludge, containing endocrine disrupting chemicals generated from the treatment of waste water at a concentration of 70% or less, into a micronized state; an injecting unit which injects the micronized sludge into a cubic container at an suitable amount of about 600 g; a straightening unit which straightens the micronized sludge to have a depth of 2 cm or less; a conveyor belt (40) which passes the micronized sludge through an irradiation room of an electron beam accelerator in a shield (20) to process the endocrine disrupting chemicals and transfer the micronized sludge to the outside; and a sludge storage tank (50) which stores the micronized sludge in which endocrine disrupting chemicals have been processed due to the irradiation of electron beams of the electron beam accelerator (10).
