The preset invention relates to a mold for manufacturing a contact lens, and a manufacturing apparatus and a packaging method using the same. According to the present invention, provided is a contact lens manufacturing apparatus including an upper direct drive area and a lower direct drive area which rotate a rotation-type tube in the same rotation number. A reflection plate reflects a wave of a UV ray, emitted from a UV ray lamp, to a lens material in the rotation-type tube. An outer side of the mold, which can be fitted to a support frame of the rotation-type tube, has a cylindrical side to manufacture the lens by a rotation casting method. A concave portion of the mold for manufacturing a contact lens provides an enough inner space to enable the lens remaining on the concave portion to be packaged with a saline solution and to be provided to a consumer. The mold includes a flange section in a concave outer side radial type to encapsulate, by thermal fusion, the lens with packaging paper including a metal layer such as an aluminum layer and a polymer layer such polypropylene coated with the metal layer. A lens storage cap is provided to store a hydration lens, being used by the consumer, in the concave portion of the mold for manufacturing a contact lens. According to the packaging method, the lens storage cap and the mold for manufacturing a contact lens are assembled in a screw joining method and are stored after storing the hydration lens in the concave portion. |
