The present invention relates to a hydraulic breaker with an elasticity support structure. The hydraulic breaker with an elasticity support structure according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a hydraulic cylinder; a rod which is installed under the hydraulic cylinder and hits an object; a hydraulic piston which reciprocates inside the hydraulic cylinder and supplies hitting power to the rod; and an elasticity support assembly for a piston which is installed between the inner surface of the hydraulic cylinder and the outer surface of the hydraulic piston to elastically support the outer surface of the hydraulic piston using a material having an elasticity coefficient relatively lower than iron (Fe).
