The present invention is to provide a method for allocating wireless resources of device-to-device (D2D) communications between terminals, by exchanging control information between a base station and a terminal; and a device thereof. The method for allocating wireless resources comprises the following steps: receiving buffer information including type information of data to be transmitted from a terminal through D2D communications; and allocating wireless resources to the terminal based on the buffer information.
