PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of achieving superior efficiency by suppressing decrease in light extraction efficiency by light absorption, in a light-emitting device manufactured by ACP connection technology, ESC method, or the like.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes a support having a substrate provided with a pair of electrodes on the upper surface, and an insulating reflection member provided on the substrate, a resin member provided on the reflection member and containing a conductive material, and a light-emitting element flip-chip mounted on the pair of electrodes, and connected electrically therewith by the conductive material. The resin member is provided so as to exist at least between the light-emitting element and the substrate, and the reflection member is provided at least on the entire surface directly under the resin member. |
