PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sealer which suppresses wear by thermal expansion of a heater while securing insulation of a seal head and the heater.SOLUTION: A heat sealer includes a seal head 11 and a thin plate-like heater 13 which is supported on the seal head 11 and generates heat by electrification of a current. Welding is conducted by melting the peripheral edge part of the exterior body of a film exterior battery. The seal head 11 is made of a metal, and a coating layer 16 coated with a fluororesin is formed on the whole surface including the surface 17 in contact in the peripheral edge part of the exterior body and the back surface 18 in contact with the seal head 11. |
